The type and manufacture of the parquet determine the format and construction of the access floor panels. We use a beige edge for lighter woods (oak, maple) and an anthracite edge for darker woods (stained oak, exotic woods).

Solid parquet consists of small-format wooden strips 8 mm thick, which are put together to form a pattern: parallel or English. The surface is sealed or oiled at the factory.

The format of the strips of 160 x 23 mm provides a base size of the panel of 640 x 640 mm. As a finished format of 600 x 600 to 635 x 635 mm is possible. For formats 600 x 600 mm the strips are a bit shorter at the edge of the panel.

2-layer strip parquet
Two-layer parquet consists of a top layer of 4 to 6 mm and a carrier layer. The total thickness is 10 to 12 mm. The individual strips are put together into a pattern: parallel, English or shipdeck. The parquet manufacturer already seals or oils the upper surface.The format of the strips should result in a base size of 605 x 605 to 630 x 630 mm for the panels, which results in a finished size of 600 x 600 mm.

3-layer strip parquet
Three-layer parquet consists of a top layer of approx. 4 mm, a middle layer and a barrier layer with a total thickness of 14 mm. The strips are put together into a shipdeck pattern. The upper surface is delivered already sealed or oiled by the parquet manufacturer.
The format of the planks of 2200 x 205 mm results in a base size of the panel of 615 x 615 mm and a finished size of 600 x 600 mm.
